Incontinence strategies for fitness
Peeing with jumping, running, lifting, or sneezing is a common experience for our clients. As coaches we are the first line of defense and there is so much we can do from the outside in to improve their experience. We will practice as a group and coaching each other to build confidence in our ability.
Dynamic movement strategies
We will talk about returning to kipping, pull ups, and more technical movement postpartum or when coaching clients that are managing core + pelvic floor symptoms.
Small Group Guided Practice
