Bri is the absolute best!
Coming from a personal training background myself I found myself doubting my return to fitness after having my first child in 2017.
I had always worked out super hard and lifted heavy weights, but after having a baby all of that suddenly didn’t seem as appealing nor did it feel the same.
I reached out to bri and she helped me understand so much more about the female body and what happens during pregnancy and postpartum. Why had no one else in the personal training world ever spoke about Diastasis recti, incontinence, prolapse, etc? Bri had all the info!
Training with her helped me to get back to doing the kinds of exercise I loved and my body was moving more efficiently than pre-baby. I still continue to follow her programming and just had my second baby 6 weeks ago. I fully trust in her and her programs, so much so, that I became a Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach myself. I am confident that by having her as my coach that I will make another successful return back to my fitness.
