Hi, I'm Brianna Battles!

I am a Coach, Mom, Athlete and the founder of Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism. 

I am a coach, mom and lifelong athlete.

I am a purple belt in jiu jitsu, and married to a black belt. My whole family trains jiu jitsu, and it’s created a special (slightly aggressive?) bond and dynamic.

I’m am the CEO & Founder of Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism.

My Masters degree in Coaching, undergrad in Kinesiology and have 15+ years of versatile coaching experience.

I’ve worked with Olympians, CrossFit games athletes, endurance athletes, MMA fighters as well as thousands of athletes, across a spectrum of interests and abilities through pregnancy and postpartum.

My unique background has taught me how to connect the dots between athletic performance and the specific needs of athletes during these seasons, and I’m looking forward to teaching you what I know.
